We began working with Fortune Veterinary in 2006 when we were a 2 doctor practice and under a million gross revenue until the time of the sale of the clinic in 2020 with 6 doctors and gross revenue of over 6 million. 

Do I believe VMastery was a contributing factor in our success? Absolutely, without question. 

On the practice side they brought in monitoring tools so we would be able to see where we were successful and what needed improvement. From there we were able to set achievable goals and find opportunities we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Our coach helped create systems to help increase efficiency, improve consistency and streamline flow. 

The other half of the equation was the culture. We started with examining who we had on staff and where their personalities would shine, so not just the clinic was successful. Personality profiling enabled us to communicate better at the clinic and at home, too. We were offered workshops to develop personally for work that also benefited us outside of work. 

The only thing I would have done differently would have been to close the clinic, so the whole staff could go at the same time instead of half stay and half go to the seminars. The staff told us they enjoyed the personal growth from VMastery and had fun with the team building when we all went together. 

Overall working with Veterinary Mastery was an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend it.
